Terms of Service

Last updated April 27, 2026

These terms govern your use of YALQR. By creating a workspace or generating a public QR you agree to the rules below. Read them carefully.

1. Accounts and access

You are responsible for any activity that occurs under your workspace. Keep your password private, enable available account protections, and notify us if you suspect unauthorized access. We may suspend a workspace that puts other users or the service at risk.

2. Acceptable use

You may not use YALQR to:

  • Distribute malware, phishing payloads, or fraudulent destinations.
  • Host or share content that violates the rights of others or applicable law.
  • Harass, threaten, or impersonate any individual or organization.
  • Disrupt the service through automated traffic, scraping, or abuse of public endpoints.

We may disable or remove links, uploads, and accounts that break these rules with or without notice.

3. Free public QR

Public QR codes generated through the homepage stay live for as long as we operate the service. We may rate-limit anonymous traffic or remove links that breach the acceptable use policy. We do not guarantee custom slug availability for anonymous users.

4. Subscriptions and payments

Paid annual plans are billed in advance through Stripe. Plans renew automatically until you cancel. Pricing, storage limits, and quotas are listed on the pricing page and may change with reasonable notice for new billing cycles.

5. Storage and retention

Free uploads are deleted automatically 48 hours after upload. Paid uploads remain available until you delete them or your subscription lapses. Keep your own backups of important assets.

6. Service availability

We work hard to keep YALQR online and fast, but the service is provided as-is without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

7. Changes

We may update these terms to reflect new features or legal requirements. Material changes will be announced through the workspace or by email. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.

8. Contact
